Will it fit my chair?
It measures about 45 x 35 x 7 cm (17.7 x 13.8 x 2.8 in), which fits most office chairs, car seats, dining chairs and wheelchairs.
Which way round does it go?
Put the open U cut-out at the back of the seat, then sit all the way back so your tailbone sits over the gap.
Is it soft or firm?
It is medium-firm high-density memory foam: soft enough to be comfortable, firm enough not to bottom out. Many people need a couple of days to get used to it.
Can I wash it?
Yes, the mesh cover zips off and can be machine washed on a gentle cold cycle. Let it air dry. The foam itself should not be washed.
Does the new foam smell?
New memory foam can have a light smell when you unpack it. Leave it in a ventilated room for a day or two and it goes away.
Will it help with my back or tailbone pain?
