Shipping policy

Orders are delivered within 6-12 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), as items are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey the whole way.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by customs processing or carrier delays outside of our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@kelvoco.com and we'll look into it right away.
