Refund policy

We want you and your little one to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it — for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of use.

To start a return, contact us at [oriol84x@gmail.com] with your order number. If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part (wrong item, damaged in transit), we'll cover the return shipping and send a full refund or replacement. If it's a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
